Have been using this for about 6 months now. My plants are definitely happier for it, and it seems to be holding up well. The light has different color options, I use the warmest of the lights and it gives it a much less clinical feel. I leave it on all the time with the 6 hour timer (so it runs for 6 hours at a time and turns on at the same time each day.) The charging block also doesn’t get super hot even when plugged in all the time, unlike some other options I had looked at, so I feel comfortable leaving it on even when out of town.
The only negative I have is that the control has a little colored light on all the time if you have the timer on, which can be annoying at night if in a bedroom for example, but you can cover it.
