  • I love this plant light! I needed a light that is tall & adjustable for my fast-growing umbrella tree which is in an area of my living room that does not get much light from windows. This light is perfect! Its sturdy & super easy to use. I can alternate from low to bright light with the touch of a button and also set a timer if I only want to run it for part of the day while I'm at work. I highly recommend this product.

  • These lights have all the choices!! I have other grow lights and these ones are definitely heavy duty in comparison! If you are a serious grower these lights are for you! I would say they are a bit bulky for my needs, but again I think these are very high quality.

  • I can't say one bad thing about this. I use it to focus more light on my carnivorous plants, but everything around it benefits as well. Sturdy but not overly heavy. Won't fall over on its own. Easy to position. Barely puts off heat, don't touch the bulb obviously.

  • This product is perfect to keeping my plants alive. Our townhome is very dark and unfortunately doesn’t receive a lot of natural light. This product is perfect for my scenario! I like that the timer only needs to be set once. I have it set so my plants get 6 hours of light everyday. Everyday at the same time, the lights will turn on and run the cycle. Also helps brighten up the room and provide some accent lighting. Only small complaint is the length of the cord, and that they have to stay plugged in. Would be nice if they were on chargeable batteries so I didn’t have cords everywhere/ need to be by an outlet.

  • I have ordered 3 sets of 6 lights from Barrina and they are excellent. Firstly, the customer service is fantastic. The first 2 orders were from here on ecogrowhawaii.com, but my 3rd order I did on their website directly. On my 3rd order 1 of the 6 lights I ordered had a dead bulb. No worries though, I emailed them and Ella from customer service emailed me back within 24 hours with a replacement offer. She mailed me the replacement within 24 hours. Communication was bang on and I felt valued as a customer who had spent just under $200 bucks by this point. Customer service means everything to me. The lights are fantastic too! Super bright and really easy to hook up. I have 18 so far but will be getting more as I expand. I will continue to get these exact lights. My seedlings and plants are growing so fast its unreal. Great price too for the product. I really recommend Barrina, not only for a quality products but their customer service as well. A++ for this seller

  • I ordered one originally for my indoor winter garden. Not only did it perform to standard; I’d compare it to any other grow source you might want to match it too. I realized as my grow space developed I needed more light to cover the whole room for upgraded coverage. You will definitely enjoy the slave feature where you can connect multiple lights together to control the light intensity all at once. The set up is seamless and it comes with strong wire cable for support. The value is worth it I caught both purchases on a couponed deal. The heat level is low and the energy level for the watts is also at a good balanced price point. I encourage any garden enthusiast to purchase immediately if you can! What’s the old saying purchase while supplies last.

  • I'm going to tell you up front- the install is not easy, and not for people that aren't technically inclined. You have to take apart the connector at the end of the cable, then thread it thru the headlight enclosure, then reconnect/reinstall it. Not easy. And the bumper of the Prius has to come off. Having said that, this saved me a ton of money over dealer pricing, and it worked perfectly once installed.

  • I bought two of these. I would confidently say these are probably the best two grow lights I’ve owned. They are presentable, they are not bulky, and they give off the appropriate amount of heat and light for my plants. The timer is a nice setting. I have them on a 12 hour cycle and sometimes use them as an alarm clock (ha). I have had these for about a year now and would definitely invest in more once and if these kick the bucket (die). I haven’t noticed any flickering (ever). They are pretty consistent and definitely worth the price.

  • Absolutely love these, I’ve had them up for a couple months now and my plants are just so happy and thriving! Loving the timer function and how you can adjust the brightness. Would highly recommend and will be buying more!!

  • 5 out of 5
Perfect addition to any Reef Tank system. You can switch out the bulbs and use ATI if needed. Great for growing coral. I modified it and painted black.

  • I have some very large house plants that I brought with me from my old home to a new home. There is a beautiful recessed corner near my stairway that I wanted to use some of these plants in. Unfortunately, the small window that lights my entryway does not give enough sunlight for them and they were slowly dying, I placed this light behind the post for the banister. It’s very low profile, but sheds a large amount of light on the plants. Within 48 hours all of the leaves were turning and reaching for this light. I’m looking forward to seeing how well the plants grow now that I finally been able to give them the light they need. One critical feedback on this otherwise very quality product is that it did not come with great instructions. The instructions are picture graphics similar to what you’d get with a Lego kit and it did take me a couple tries to get it assembled correctly. The actual assembly was pretty easy, and all I needed was a screwdriver. The light has the potential to be mounted several different ways, but for me, the standing version is perfect. The base is heavy, high-quality metal and the light stand feels very sturdy. there are multiple settings for yellow or bright white light, low or high power, and even a timer so you can set this to give light just when you want to. I like to set the timer so that it’s lit up at night and this provides some additional safety going up and down the stairs, as well as providing light to my plants. This is a very well engineered product that solved the problem for me of getting light to my plants in my dark entryway. I would recommend this product to anyone that enjoys growing plants indoors and wants to have plants decorating their home someplace other than right in front of a window. If hung horizontally, this could easily be used to start seedlings, and it comes with all the hardware to do that. I was impressed that it came with hardware not just to stand up straight, but also to hang it horizontally or even suspend it from a ceiling. If you have your own grow house, this light would easily hang from the ceiling and work well for your plants. I do update reviews if the product turns out to be less durable than expected but based on what I see this is a quality product and I expect it to last a long time. I own other grow lights. This one far surpasses my others in quality and style. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

  • After spending a week acclimating my plant by gradually increasing both brightness and time, we have reached 12 hours of full light. The head of the lamp gets warm but certainly not dangerously hot.; the gooseneck is easy to manipulate, quite sturdy, and stays precisely where you put it. My ficus microcarpa ginseng prefers the light to be 12-18" away which I accomplished by clipping it onto my blinds. I would suggest researching your particular plant as to distance. Mine was protesting the unusually dark winter we're having here by dropping leaves, something that hasn't happened in our previous 4 winters together. Since using this light, new leaves are coming in on all the branches! I appreciate the 10 ft. cord and the minimal profile of this unit. I researched a fair amount before deciding on this brand and feel I made the perfect choice.

  • Here is a TSL2000 a true 300W's of warm grow light, the spectrum can do all sorts of things considering different genetics, this light will grow you some good medicine. In the background are the SP150's, and even though small at a true 130.5 Watts, the light they pack with definitely do the job. You can expect great results with one in a 2 × 2' tent, only I prefer to go to the other route, I bought four and we'll set them up diagonally down the grow closet. The lights do not give off much heat and the drivers are miniscule compared to others but built well, the entire unit is pretty nice. You could probably drop it once or twice and it probably still work. Comparing the light is not a true way to judge between the warm light's of the two lights. Do to differences in cameras it may look "a little off" as shown on my camera, it made the spectrum look a little cooler white then its actual yellowed tented spectrum, much like the SP150, which you can actually see some of that yellow tinting. At the price point for the SP150's are the best light for your buck. You'd want to buy two for maximum coverage, as well as maximum potency in medication. If you can... buy 2, 4, 6 and set your light however you'd them. You'll notice most LED boards come fixed and compacted to one big board, you're not able to spread the light as you would with the SP150's. I debated on whether I should get another TSL2000 and set it side-by-side like the 150's. The the photo, is not how they will remain. They'll actually go down closet 2' × 10'. They'll actually look just like this ( / / / / ), and that will definitely cover the entire closet. If one goes out after a year, I will definitely replace it. This is quality full spectrum light for growing medical grade cannabis at a cheap price. It's definitely been proven over and over again to produce a strains maximum potential. Many people are now substituting the TSW2000 for the large hooded ceramic metal halide. I'm sure many people are considering moving to LEDs, but we all know from the past, the "light bulb" is one of the best ways of growing cannabis due to its wide spectrum uniform, but the technology is catching up making the high cost of light bulbs obsolete. I will definitely do business with Mars again, their customer service was very pleasing, it's become much more of a business with professionals in each area of the business. It looks like Mars will remain a household name in growing medical grade cannabis. Thank y o u ecogrowhawaii.com, Thank y o u MARS!

  • This is a really great plant light. The base has a good weight that keeps it from being easily tipped. And I love the timer function. Although I did have a difficult time figuring out how to set the time but my husband was able to figure it out.

  • Don't be fearful of name brand...This is a great light..well made components packaged in the good ole SE USA!...shipped and packaged well too! It could have used a couple of more styrofoam pieces between parts surrounding side support light bars tho, or enclose them in styrofoam. I'd really give this a 4.5-4.75 because of that, no power-off switch on the light dimmer switch, and the time that it takes to set up the light. But, it is a great light, especially for the price! So, NO complaints really! I'm running a PF1000 Watt version, which isn't currently offered for sale/in stock. I've been running this light for all of flower, or a lil over two months...without issue whatsoever. I've got one of these PF-1000W set up in one tent with two small side color lights (4x8) and in another tent, I'm running same strains (Gary Payton) with just a Mars FC8000 (5x5). I've attached two pics of both tents with all being Gary Payton plants. The first pic with the fried leaf edges (sorry- like 3-5 days from harvest) is from the Mars FC8000 in my 5x5, so I do think the FC8000 is a more powerful light. HOWEVER, check out the bud girth on the second pic of the Pepper Farm PF1000 in the 4x8. No burnt edges...AND bigger buds than the Mars FC8000. So, don't let the Bridgelux diodes run you away for the EVO diodes on the Mars. This was really my main skepticism upon buying the lights but the Bridgelux diodes rock! If I woulda stuck to my two day water regiments instead of 3-4 days, my yields woulda been better too...Always next grow! lol Proof is in the pudding to me! I'll be back to buy another light from Pepper Farm, whenever I need one as I believe this to be a good smaller company with detailed construction quality! This is a well thought-out grow light, and they are doing it their own way different from the big brands! Do yourself a favor and create a border to keep frame straight, when assembling it. It will help speed things up. Perhaps you can fabricate an old box frame out of ecogrowhawaii.com boxes to assist keeping the grow light frame straight and square during assembly, or one big ecogrowhawaii.com box preferably to surround the light assembly. Things I like about this light (and some unique features to it): 1) PPFD checks out ok so no worries there on Bridgelux leds. 2) High diode count 3) Has IR and UV included 4) Plenty of moveable light bars that can angle to distribute light better. 5) Dimming AND Spectrum frequency knobs on the driver 6) Driver can be seperated outside of the tent, and it is long too. 7) Not at all heavy, although it is kinda wobbly if not tightened tightly down when hanging. So, check out the pics and decide for yourself! One more thing...this is my opinion and I've not been paid or promoted by the seller to make up this review. I simply like to support good startup USA businesses that do quality work, and help out fellow growers in the process! Kudos and keep up the good precision Pepper Farm! Grow onwards! :)
