    The product was working great but I am experiencing the same problem as many others have described in their one star reviews. The light did not last more than a month and a half. The light suddenly turned off in the middle of the day. I checked that it was still plugged in and found that the unit was extremely hot to the touch and blinking. After letting it cool down, I tried plugging it back in but the lights wouldn’t turn on. None of the suggested troubleshooting tips worked

    I ordered this lighting system 9/24/24 for my citrus trees over the colder months. I live in MA so I had it set to the 8 hour timer starting around 5pm every evening to give the plants the extra lighting they need. Before bed every night I make sure the light turned on – as it has. Today, 12/29/24 I went in the spare room for my weekly watering of the trees and noticed the lights were blinking. I held the power button – nothing happened. I unplugged the light, waited 30 seconds then plugged back in. It flashed once then would not turn back on. I then inspected this product and was horrified to see the box had overheated at some point and burned which turned it brown. THANK THE STARS this did not start a fire!! Likely thanks to the fact I had it hanging off of the ground and the box wasn’t touching anything. I could be in a very different position right now. 1 star bc the product lasted a measly 3 months and also I could be homeless and dog less had a fire started.

    I previously bought one of these and it is working flawlessly. I decided to buy another one, but when it came the power supply was DOA. I have emailed customer service and I’m awaiting their reply. I only gave this order one star because of the problem, I would change it depending on the response I get from customer service.

    UPDATE: Customer service was outstanding, resolved the issue with better than expected results.😀

    NEW UPDATE: Replacement power supply failed, as did the power supply for my second light. Now I have two lights, no functioning power. I think the power supplies are not strong enough. 🤬👎

    Editing to update my previous review. I was able to connect with customer relations, and they were able to walk me through identifying what was not working, and were able to provide a solution for me. I will also add that I prefer this model lamp as it is brighter and my plants did the best with these, from seed starting, healthy seedlings, to being able to transplant. Due to being able to find a resolution, I have also increased my star rating.

    Only have had this a few months. The lights stopped working today. Just flicker (continues after unplugging for a touch) and will not turn on. The only options for the support are not applicable to this light, and I have no way of fixing it or knowing what to do. I really loved these lights initially (so much so that I purchased two). Really unfortunate to not be able to resolve this and no way of knowing if I can fix it myself.

    **UPDATE**: I reached out to them and spoke to Harriet. They provided me with a new adapter and my light works again. The customer service was excellent.

    This was a great light for my plants indoors. It worked well until it just died on me today. I went to go see my plants and see the light is flickering/pulsating. This was only a month of use as well. Very disappointing and I don’t see anywhere for a warranty or replacement.
