   I ordered this grow light because my plant was not getting enough natural light. The stand up grow light has an Adjustable stand and it does the job. It was easy to assemble and there is an automatic timer that makes life simpler because I do not have to turn it on everyday, the timer lasts 4 hours or 8 hours. I have noticed the younger leaves look stronger, shinier, and healthy. Definitely a great buy.

   Just received the light today. I ordered the 3 light tripod. I think the lights are smaller on the 3 than the 1 light model but this is fanatstic. I have a houe full of large and small houseplants. One is dying , thats the very sad messy plant on the floor dropping leaves everywhere. Hoping I can bring it back. My plants were not getting sufficient light due to the lovely PNW winter weather. They need to be right in front of open windows . Since that was becoming a pain to move them all the time I searched for a light. This arrived in a very small box. Dont be alarmed. The tripod and all the lights are on the box. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to put together. There are 3 goosenecks that rotate in all directions so i moved my plants all to one area and gave them all a spot light. So far so good! It is sturdy but if you have small ones or a big dig maybe get a nonslip mat to sit it on . It sat on the carpet fine also. It can be as short or high as needed. Im 5’4 and it is taller than me at its max. The lights individually dim to 6 different brightness levels , individually turn off and can be turned off 1 by one of you dont need all 3. There is a setting 3 hours , 6 hours and 12 hours. That works as it went off right at 3 as i set it for. I paid the extra few bucks for 3 years warranty and it comes with 1 year I believe. This is amazing and i will likely buy one more single unit for my office trees. When not in use it can be easy shortened and put in a closet , its extremely compact. Mine will stay out all winter and i will put it away in summer. Recommend 100% and the price is good . I will update again in 3 months. (Excuse the mess , i wanted to ensure you vould see the full tripod. (The small potted flower is a garden bromelade that started to die, that perked back up pretty quick)

   The price of this plant light is great especially as you don’t have to add a timer. It turns on when you choose for 4, 8 or 12 hours then turns off and back on the next day at the set time. Just remember to plug it in at the chosen start time, set the light intensity, and choose the run time. I would have liked a bit longer goose neck to reach over the top of plants. The tripod is a standard photographic unit and very sturdy.

   Everything was in the box, neatly in its place, the only thing I really had to install was the light itself with everything you need already furnished. The tripod was already set up, just a little adjusting, so far I’m loving my grow light!! It’s very easy to operate and works beautifully so far, I hope it works a great as everyone else says it does, that’s why I purchased it. The price was great also and I love the tripod and light adjustments this light gives you. It’s very lightweight. One thing I found out is to give the plants light during the day, not at night, even though they may be getting daylight in the winter, this growlight will give them the boost they need. Plants need a break from light during the night-time just like people. Too much light can actually harm your plant. I set this light at 80% starting off the first week and then at 100% there on on the 12 hour timer, this grow light is like a plant nanny and literally takes care of my plants for me. The timer works flawlessly. I recommend starting your timer from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m., that’s about the amount of light they would get in the summer time, which has been perfect for my plants so far, they are loving this light and the investment was well worth it!! It has the full spectrum light they need and are already showing amazing improvement. Trust me, if you give them the light during the day and let them rest during the night they will show you love back by doing what you want them to do by growing!!

   The unit was easy to assemble by one person, not extremely well made, but reasonable quality for the price. It works fine and it’s easy to use on timer or one-off. The lights are bright but focussed such that they illuminate the plants nearby but not a broad area. I have had them on 6-12 hours every day for a month – no problems.

   The four stars mostly comes for the brightness, which was about 1900 foot candles, measured at 1 foot from the source in a dark room. Easily the brightest measurement I obtained while looking into various lights – so for the cost, I think that brightness alone is worth it.

   Unfortunately everything else is lacking a bit. The build quality isn’t great – the piece feels a bit fragile. The stand is not very sturdy. The power cord is maybe 4-5 feet, not very long. No timer. No dimmer. Honestly I wish it was sold as just the light with some other functions like timer and dimming.
