I purchased this product 5 months ago to the day. 2 days ago the timer stopped working.
Now I have to unplug and replug for the lights to come on. Today the lights don’t come on at all.
I can not find email address for seller/ All though there is a 1 year warranty,I cant find any information how to contact them. I DO NOT recommend this product.
When the lights worked the lights were very bright, and my plants seemed to like the light.
UPDATE to previous post. Wtintell replaced this product with no questions ask. As I stated in my 1 st post the grow light itself is very good. Customer service is GREAT.

This light worked great for 7 months, then it stopped working at all. I went through the troubleshooting steps with no success. The features of this light were nice — timer, dimming, adjustable arms, etc., but a 7 month lifespan isn’t enough!

I loved this light, it is programmable to turn on/off at specific times, and it worked well for 2 months. It was very bright and my plants were doing well with it. Now however, it won’t fully turn on. The light will turn on to the Dimmer setting, when using the control pad, but will not change brightness or respond in any other way. It also will not respond the the remote at all. The return window is closed and now I’m stuck with a light that doesn’t work and have been unsuccessful in contacting the seller.

After my review I was contacted by customer service and was given the option for a full refund or replacement. I chose to receive a replacement as I loved the versatility and quality of the lights. This is a terrific grow light. It is keeping my two lemon trees healthy through the winter dormancy here in Vermont , until they can be taken from our basement back out to natural sunshine. I just bought the second one to help my hibiscus that is unhappy with our horrible cloudy winter months.

Update: I received a full refund. I am very pleased with the customer concerning the light not working. Product was purchased and delivered at the end of April 2024. It worked great until it didn’t. After 5 months of daily use it suddenly stopped working properly. The lights come on and immediately go back off. For a few days I could unplug it and turn it on and it would stay on but I couldn’t use the timer. Now it comes on and immediately goes back off. I’m so frustrated and disappointed in this product especially with the gloomy winter weather approaching.
