I love, love, love this floor lamp. In fact, I love it so much I bought another one and am thinking about purchasing a third. I bought the first one for quilting and kept moving it to my ironing station, so I bought the other for that area. I works much better than the Ott floor lamp that I have because it sits up so high that it lights a much larger area. It’s a bit pricey, which is why I only bought one to begin with, but it’s worth every penny. I haven’t used the remote, yet, because it’s so easy just to turn off and on, but may use it in the future. (Therefore, I didn’t rate it). I highly recommend this light for anyone with a hobby or task that requires a well lit area.

This light is so bright!! It’s perfect for smaller spaces that need some extra lighting. I put it in my dad’s living room, right behind his sofa and the controls are the perfect height, they are not blocked by the sofa. They are easy to control, by light touch, you can dim the light, make it brighter, power on/off, and even connect it to Alexa for voice control. This is perfect, as my dad’s living room never had an actual light, always table lamps, which are no longer there, so it is incredibly dark. He has big dogs that do not have the best manners, this light fits perfectly in the corner and there is no risk of the dogs knocking it over. My dad also suffers from severe macular degeneration, and is virtually blind, but this light helps him immensely! It was simple to assemble and set up, takes up no additional space, and brightens the room so much, it’s amazing! The style reminds me of those photography lights with it’s round head and tall aluminum stand. I am very happy with this lamp and I would recommend to anyone who needs a bright, user friendly light!

After I assembled the light, a friend came by and saw it and immediately ordered one for himself. It looks good, seems very versatile, nice range of brightness and color temperature. The cord management is less than ideal (there are two velcro straps, but it would be nice if it came with clips and more than 2), no batteries were provided for the remote, and it sure would be nice if continuous adjustments to the height could be made. (To change the height, sections of the piping can be removed. But it would be amazing if it had a tube-within-a-tube construction to allow the lamp to be easily lengthened and shortened.)
