   Excellent grow light way stronger than the USB-A grow lights. I believe the PPFD is 169. Excellent for Alocasia, Philodendrons, Begonias and houseplants. My plants are super responsive to these lights. Get the dimmer version it’s worth it. Have bought these for family members as gifts as well.

   As a lunatic with 700+ houseplants, I think I’ve tried just about every grow light ecogrowhawaii.com offers. This upgraded clip-on from Sansi is definitely my favorite. The light is strong and my plants instantly responded. The size is unobtrusive and easy to position so that you don’t blind the other people in your home. If the strength of the twisty stem part could be improved, I would toss all the competitors.

   After spending a week acclimating my plant by gradually increasing both brightness and time, we have reached 12 hours of full light. The head of the lamp gets warm but certainly not dangerously hot.; the gooseneck is easy to manipulate, quite sturdy, and stays precisely where you put it. My ficus microcarpa ginseng prefers the light to be 12-18″ away which I accomplished by clipping it onto my blinds. I would suggest researching your particular plant as to distance. Mine was protesting the unusually dark winter we’re having here by dropping leaves, something that hasn’t happened in our previous 4 winters together. Since using this light, new leaves are coming in on all the branches! I appreciate the 10 ft. cord and the minimal profile of this unit. I researched a fair amount before deciding on this brand and feel I made the perfect choice.

   I love Sansi lights. They’re super bright and my plants do very well under them. I love these clip ones because you can just clip them to the edge of a table, or small pot. And they cover a wide range of plants too, with bright enough light for quite a handful of plants.

   Hi again! Excellent lights – helping my ZZ plant put out more shoots and my tamarind place put out more leaves. I love that the strength of the light is adjustable and that it has three time settings to choose from. I don’t like that the time settings are 3, 6, and 12 hours; I’d prefer and 8 or 10 hour setting rather than the 3. Because of that, I gave it 4 stars!

   I love these clip on lights. They have different levels of strength for bright light to low light plant needs. Note, these lights must be plugged in to an outlet. The wire is very long to reach anywhere. I love how easy I can bend them around to where I want it.

   Love these little lights! They are bright with nice dimming, clamps are very strong, gooseneck are flexible but so far hold positioning well, and the timers are working perfectly. Only thing I would like is a 10 hour timer between the 8 hour and 12 hour.

   This little lamp is, as expected, doing a fantastic job of growing aquatic plants in my 3 gallon cube tank. I needed something fully flexible and with a narrow base so I could still fit the filter and lid. I had high hopes that I’d be able to use the Nicrew dimmer/ramp timer with this light, since it has a mechanical on/off button rather than a touch/sensor button… but nope. Same old issue – it works beautifully with the dimming and shut off but the lamp won’t turn on with the timer (you still need to press the on/off button every morning). So I detached the preferred ramp timer and just use the 6 hour timer setting built into this light – the only reason this works in this scenario is because the light is so flexible, I can position it high enough above the tank to not cause algae overgrowth (light set at around 50% strength). For me, an additional bonus is that the taller light height allows me to grow a small houseplant out of my filter too.

   Although I was REALLY hoping to use the fancier dimmer/ramp timer for the ultimate desktop aquarium setup, I am still fully and completely happy with the features of this light and plant growth above/below water. Please note I do not recommend using this lamp above an aquarium unless a secure lid is in place as a barrier between light and water!
