The hardware that is sent with the lights is grossly inadequate and missing several items. The chains are only about 5 inches long. There is no way to attach the chains to the lights with the included hardware. I had to buy additional chains and bolts to attach them.
The heat level is much higher than I expected for LED lights. The instructions say to place the lights at least 12 inches above the plants but this is not close enough to supply adequate light to the plants and placing them lower increases the risk of heat damage to seedlings.
I would not buy again.

I bought a 4 pack of 2′ lights. then bought another 4 pack after I saw how nice they are. A friend of mine and I both have small indoor greenhouses and have been starting vegetable seeds for the spring garden. I am using four of the lights and gave four to my friend. We both have had good luck with seeds germinating and growing under the pink light. The lights generate a little heat which warms up the greenhouses to the high 70s during the day creating a great environment for the young plants. The clear plastic covers on the seeding flats get coated with moisture on the inside of he cover. My only criticism about the lights is the hanging system, when trying to use the hook on the chain. the hook is too small to reliably stay in the groove on the top of the case. After spending a lot of time trying to get the hook system to work, I realized it was much easier to use thin metal wire to attach to the case, then wrap over the the greenhouse bar that the light hangs from. The company might take a look at the design or provide lengths of wire to use. Otherwise the lights are Class A!

Easy to set up. Our seedlings jumped up in growth once they saw the light so to speak. Great addition to our greenhouse!

Easy to use, the ability to string the lights together made it easy to light up a large area with only 1 plug. Would get again.

Love them! I started all of my garden vegetables and flowers from seed – indoors on a rack system (Western Mass). They are all healthy and growing strong. Another 2 weeks and they will all be outside in the garden. Too cold yet for summer crops. Can’t wait until the last frost date. Cool weather crops have been in for a month now. Doing great. Would definitely purchase these lights again!!!!!

Full spectrum lights, as these are described, are a bright white when on. The product photo shows a strong pink hue, which is indicative of a red spectrum light (which I also own, so I know the difference). Although there is a very slight pink cast in my photo of this product, in person the light is white. That can be confusing for buyers. Be aware the chains are very short. I have 2 of these lights temporarily strung up until my grow bench is built. The tomato seedlings are doing very well under the lights.
