   My wife currently has NINE DIFFERENT kinds of plant light fixtures in her “jungle” that will be in the living room until the weather warms up. This set of lights are attached to the banister on the stairs behind the lower half of the plants in the first part of the video below. Super lightweight and you can easily put them almost anywhere with three different kinds of attachments included with the set. 4000K color is probably better for more of her current plants instead of the pink/purple plant 4′ tubes I got 4 years ago… Thank goodness all these lights are now LED lightbulbs and using 80% less electricity than what she would have been using just 6 or 7 years ago for the same amount of light. GREAT for saving lots of money and now no fear of popping a circuit breaker like in the old days… I took off one star because these are good for smaller areas but as you can see the 4 foot bulbs I got elsewhere are better in my opinion for larger areas.

   As an avid hobby gardener who starts many seedlings, I’m always looking for ways to upgrade my plant lighting setup. That’s why I was excited to try this pack of LED grow light set. The kit includes four T8 LED strips (each about 22-inches long), a control with timer, and mounting equipment. What I love is the flexibility these lights offer – you can adapt them to your specific situation by using either the included double-sided tape, zip-ties, or mounting clips for a more permanent solution. I chose to use the double-sided tape to mount three of the LED strips on my older fluorescent plant light, which still gets plenty of use. This upgrade is just what I needed! I now have the option of using just the LEDs, the fluorescent lights, or a combination of both – giving me more control over the lighting conditions for my seedlings and house plants. Not only do these LED grow lights provide full-spectrum 4K light, but they’re also energy-efficient. With lower wattage than my traditional fluorescent lights, I’m saving money on my electricity bill while still getting great results from my plants. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their plant lighting setup or start a new one. The flexibility and cost-effectiveness of these LED grow lights make them an excellent choice for amateur gardeners like me.

   These grow lights work great. The 4000k color temperature is a lot easier to live. I have these lights set up on a bookshelf sort of thing near the living room, so I like having the more natural looking light. This set fits great into a bookcase, as the extra lengths at the end of each strip are just long enough for a roughly 12 inch shelf before the next strip starts. And, these strips seem to put out a lot of light. Also, the lights have a built-in timer, which works ok, but for me, this timer is kind of annoying because you have to tap the button to start the timer. So, if you want the lights to turn on in the wee hours of the morning, you have to be awake to tap that button and get the cycle started. Then, if the power ever goes out, you have to go through that same thing again. I prefer to just use a smart socket, which unfortunately requires physically disabling the built-in timer. I wish there was a way around this.
