Mixed bag with this one. The good is that it is clearly well made and I like the pulley system. It gives off very bright light with a large area that will definitely be sufficient for my needs. Unlike a lot of reviewers who are growing “medicinal” plants in their basement in a tent…you do you, I’m using mine for veggie and flower seed starting on top of a dresser.
The bad: No on-off switch. This means that every time I want to turn it off, I need to unplug the unit, which is awkward. Between that and the fact that there’s no timing feature, I’m going to need to pay for an external timer to plug it into, or maybe set it up on my smart plug if I can find it in the depths of my closet. The product says it comes with an extra set of hangers…it doesn’t…and that’s false advertising. The documentation in the product box lists additional items as included, such as some sort of protective glasses, which aren’t in the box. The listing doesn’t advertise those, so I wasn’t expecting them, but it was really confusing. Instructions also show a dimmer feature that isn’t available on this model…again, confusing.

Quality of the light is Great; had everything growing under the one 100W LED; however I would make it a little more clear which size light is for what indoor tent, because I wound having to buy 2 more. One for a smaller tent and the other to add to the bigger tent. 4×4 tents need a minimum of 300W LED
