   This company has shown me that they are very willing to take responsability and work hard to keep their customers happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a problem with what I ordered and I was quite unhappy and wrote what was definitely a negative review. However, without me asking them, the company apparently saw my review and reached out to me and offered to make accomodations. I had not even contacted them, but they contacted me and offered to refund my money for two of these that I had purchased. I was shocked because no one has ever offered to do that before, just based on an unhappy review. They didn’t need to do that, because I had NOT complained to them or to ecogrowhawaii.com and had NOT asked for my money back. But it was important to them that I was happy, and they were willing to do something about it. Shocking!!! That is great customer service and they have proven that they have committed to serving their customers. As or the light, it is the lowest price light that I have found, that is rated at a 1000 watt light output. It has dual switches for red and blue shades, the light box itself is fully made out of strong material with metal front and back and a ceramic/composite box. It is not flimsy at all and I cannot fault its construction. Nor can I fault the light output, especially considering the price, and the plants in my greenhouse are happy with it. Unlike more expensive models, this model DOES NOT have an internal cooling fan, and with the protective clear plastic shield over the face, and no internal fan, I was definitely afraid that it might overheat, but it has not done so at all, even when my greenhouse itself reached 105 degrees! (Yes, I had problems with the ventilation in my greenhouse, but that didn’t affect the light at all and it continued to function without excessive heat output). I think that one reason it really does not overheat at all is because it has extra vents on the side, as you can see from the picture. Many of the other grow lights that have built-in fans do not have vents on the side since that would change the air flow with the fan. So this works. All in all, I am very happy with them and I would definitely consider buying from them again.

   I use this for my ladies It’s great and works well With lighting for canna / PPFD is the most important thing you want to have re: lighting This had a PPFD score of around 1000 umol when about 12 inches from plant canopy when VEG and BLOOM switched are on (see pics) Pics are of the meter at canopy level with Bloom and veg switch on App is called Photone on apple iPhone if needed Great item and so far so good Posting pics as well so show these things There is no way to ask any questions about this to the buyer directly but the PPFD reading is most important re: indoor canna growing. These two lights are good for my little plants as shown by PPFD readings on top of the canopy. I have a small 2x2x4 tent with 4 plants – 2 of these lights, 4 inch in-line fan and filter. Works well to promote growth for the plants. As you may read online that LED lights on ecogrowhawaii.com are “cheap junk” but if the PPFD level is what these pics show then the light is good and doing its job— these lights are legit and provide ample light to the plant canopy – great item I def recommend it

   UPDATE EDIT: I ordered this same one and it came with no power cord in the box either. China is slacking and it costs to send it back to ecogrowhawaii.com. This Sucks! I have ordered 4 of these exact lights earlier when they were marked down because of the seasonal change of prices and now that I need them I opened the taped up box to assemble the cables and turn it on and the manufacturer didn’t include the power cord. I called customer service from ecogrowhawaii.com and they said they would charge me a restocking fee for returning 2 ( my whole second order) instead of reaching out to the manufacturer and telling them to send me the electrical cord to plug 🔌 in the grow light. Word of the day here is OXYMORON. I’m very furious a disappointed. Buyers be aware that they have more rights than we do as consumers. Sad but true. I paid for 3 and the cords are shaped so they are not a simple fix to buy a cord that makes it work. I was so excited about these purchases until I started setting them up for my spring seeds and now I’m stuck with their final word. This is so wrong and I hope nobody else gets done this way. It’s growing season, now I need them and they don’t all work without power/electrical power cord
